Helps retard odor development

It works great. Only one suggestion: Make the filter compartment lock to the bottom of the lid even more positively. If you happen to knock it off, it goes into the garbage .... gone forever! Alternatively mold the compartment permanently into the lid. Then just slide the charcoal filter into a slot. If you lose the filter, it's not a big deal...it's a consumable anyway.
