Garbage Bag Retaining Ring of Wings Open Trash Can

I hope the new ring will last a little longer than the original ring, but being made from plastic, it's a hit or miss. If you would only make it from carbon fiber it would NEVER break and need to be replaced. Overall, I absolutely love my trash can and can use it without the ring, but it's much better with it. I gifted the same model trash can to my brother and sister-in-law and they love theirs, too!

The rings ordered were too large. I wrote to customer support for a return mailing label and request for rings that will fit my trash cans, I haven't gotten a response yet.

The ring helps hold the plastic bag in place

These work fine, and I like the clean look of the container, but they weaken and break after a period of time. I've had to purchase replacement retaining rings twice now.
