Lid Cover is Perfect, Great Customer Service
After a few years of heavy use, my iTouchless sensor can had to be replaced. As before, I ordered through Amazon and received the can a day or two later. Everything looked good, but after I put the batteries in, the lid would not come on. I called iTouchless and spoke to a nice tech rep and he asked me several question (batteries in the right way? etc.) and I had already done all the proper checks, plus I'd been using one for years. Nothing worked. He told me to throw away the lid, keeping the accessories and can body. The new lid arrived in a couple of days and it's working fine. A really good product and excellent customer service.
