Sensor Trash Can Lid Cover for IT08RCB and IT13RCB Models

I bought an itouchless with automatic sensor many years ago. Unfortunately over time the sensor failed & I needed a replacement. I didn't want to purchase a complete trash can since the bottom half was still in perfect condition. I just purchased a new lid & problem was solved. Also I must point out that I saved money by just replacing the lid. Thank you itouchless.

Work very well. Hoping it doesn't break again

Bought this to replace my old lid that was more than 7 years old. This new one works just as well. I expect to have it for at least another 7 years.

I am very pleased with the company replacing my defective lid. This product is very modern and great!

Even though we like the trash can as a whole the lid spring mechanism fails over too short of time. Shortly after 1 year. We do have a smaller kitchen and the sensor trips the lid when we walk near it causing it to open more than usual. It may last longer in a larger kitchen.

We've had to reorder new lids for the cans a few times. One time it failed 1 day before the 1 year warranty expired. We called iTouchless and they replaced the lid under the warranty with no problems, had to pay shipping though. You may wonder why we keep reordering lids, all in all it does as advertised but you may have problems with over use in a smaller kitchen.
