Disappointed

This part didn't work. Been in communication with customer service, have receipt, didn't matter, was going to get charged another $25 to get another trash can sent. Threw it away, won't buy from this company again.

Fixed my issue

The can has been great. The only issue I've had is the plastic step gave out and had to be replaced and under normal circumstances it would've lasted without issue. We have a toddler that will put her foot on the step and then hold the lid down which I believe led to the premature failure.
