BROKEN LID

I love this trash can but our lid stopped opening. I thought it may have been the power cord so I purchased a new one but that didn't help. After taking it apart I found that plastic latch broke off. I would still buy another one

8 gal pet lid

I love this trashcan. it’s the best trashcan I’ve ever had. They’re right it does hold more than many of the 8 gallon trash cans. I’ve had from other companies. It’s a favorite amongst my grandkids.. They love throwing their trash in the trashcan where the lid opens automatically. I give it a five star.

Great product and service...

Unfortunately, my order arrived very dented, the shipper did not handle package with care. I contacted iTouchless and Fernando from customer service got right back to me and assured me that they would send me a replacement ASAP. The following week I got my replacement with no dents. This is the third trash can I've purchased from them and they all look and work properly. I couldn't be happier with the quality of these trash cans and definitely appreciate the superior customer service I was given. THANK YOU!!!
