Does the job but had to modify...

The concept is awesome, but the bin design is annoying. The handles get in the way of changing a bag and make the task of removing a full bag extremely frustrating. We ended up removing the handles but then that created the challenge of not having anything to hold the empty bag in place when replacing the bin. We've been using a rubber band to do that job. If that one annoying feature could be designed better, I would definitely give this unit a 5 start rating.
