Lid stopped working

I have 2 units and the lid stopped working within 18 months. Replacement lid is as much as entire unit.

I've had better products

I received the garbage can last week, and from the moment I installed the batteries and turned it on, it sounded like it was struggling to open. It does every time I use it. I don't think it will last very long.

Third one we have purchased...

I don't recall the other purchase date, BUT, Amazon tells me I purchased this in 2017!! That 2017 purchase is still going strong, thus there was no problem deciding which to choose when we needed another for our new rental property.

Worth every penny

Our first iTouchless trash can we bought was 8 years ago. Have to say this is a quality product if it lasted that long. Just got a new one and looking forward to another 8+ years.

So sophisticated

I love this trash can. It is so easy to use and works like a charm. Installing the scent packs is simple as well as changing the bags themselves. I do not use the rim ring because I can’t be bothered but when you do it’s a great outside look. Holds enough trash fo my needs before changing to new one. Batteries last a long enough time and after a few times of insertion new ones becomes second nature. My current not complaint is the cost of the scent control inserts.
