The only puzzle was arranging trash bags inside the bins while using the additional "ring with handles" . The Quick Start Guide only added to the mystery. The suggested online help was useless.

I guess I'll learn how to remove the trash bag without pulling out the big bucket when the first bag is full.

This is very space efficient and very nicely made. Lasts for a very long time. One of the reviews mentioned about the handle which is actually the best part and actually helps keep the trash bag in place and makes it easy to take the trash bag out.

So easy to keep your recycling separate from your household trash.

The concept is awesome, but the bin design is annoying. The handles get in the way of changing a bag and make the task of removing a full bag extremely frustrating. We ended up removing the handles but then that created the challenge of not having anything to hold the empty bag in place when replacing the bin. We've been using a rubber band to do that job. If that one annoying feature could be designed better, I would definitely give this unit a 5 start rating.
