Poor customer service

I ordered the trash can. I immediately realized I ordered the wrong size. Went into your chat feature and it said you were closed but to leave a message and someone would get back in touch with me. No one ever got in touch with me and you shipped the trash can. I requested to return it and mentioned these issues in my message and I received my RMa number and was told I had to pay for return shipping which was 100.00. Don’t offer a way to email you or contact you after hours If you’re not really going to respond. And 100.00 to return it is insane. Wont be using your company again.
