Replacement parts

The compost bin I ordered was missing the small lid that held the charcoal pouch in the lid cover. The company was nice enough to send me a whole new lid although I only needed the little lid cover. The company said they don't have replacement parts so that was why they sent a complete new lid. The problem I see down the road is that I would have to buy a whole new lid if I ever broke off the little cover that is within the whole lid; such a waste of money!
