Not dependable.

Great when it worked, but sometimes it didn't. And lid would only open an inch. Had to take the whole top off. Next day it worked!

replacement parts

I have had the Touchless trash can for over a decade. I was very disappointed when the movers damaged the top and it no longer worked.

Touchless did a great job of getting the replacements pieces to me. and now it is basically a new touchless can.
