I like the product but the bin plastic holders..one was broken. Hopefully itouchless can send me a new one at my new address contact me for that info.
Unpacking and inspection matched reviews. Our previous trash can (similar dual bag design) was simpler: no inner, hard plastic liner. But, OK, happy to accept design which may prove a benefit.
The only puzzle was arranging trash bags inside the bins while using the additional "ring with handles" . The Quick Start Guide only added to the mystery. The suggested online help was useless.
I guess I'll learn how to remove the trash bag without pulling out the big bucket when the first bag is full.

This is very space efficient and very nicely made. Lasts for a very long time. One of the reviews mentioned about the handle which is actually the best part and actually helps keep the trash bag in place and makes it easy to take the trash bag out.
