Payment FAQs

Payment and Billing

This page covers all common questions related to payment methods, billing, and refunds/cancellations.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept a wide range of secure payment options for your convenience, including:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay

There are several common reasons a payment might fail:

  1. Insufficient Funds: Check your account balance.
  2. Incorrect Details: Double-check the card number, expiration date, and CVV code.
  3. Billing Address Mismatch: Ensure the billing address entered on our site exactly matches the address registered with your bank or card issuer.
  4. Security Hold: Your bank may have flagged the transaction for security reasons. Please contact your bank directly to approve the purchase.

Billing and Charges

For most orders, your card will be charged immediately upon placing the order to ensure immediate processing and allocation of inventory. If there is a delay in shipping, we will notify you.

Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address provided and will be added to your order total during the checkout process, where required by law. The final amount, including all taxes, will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.

Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Once we process your refund internally (usually within 1-3 business days of receiving your returned item), the money is sent back to your original payment method.

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5 to 10 business days.

Unfortunately, for security and fraud prevention reasons, we cannot change the payment method once an order has been finalized and submitted. If you need to use a different payment method, you will need to cancel your original order (if possible, based on our shipping policy) and place a new order.

If you have a discrepancy or question regarding a charge, please contact our customer support team immediately with your Order Number and the date of the transaction.
