Replace damaged bag retainer ring.

I ordered a replacement ring off the web site that turned out to be the wrong size and style. Upon contacting customer service they identified the correct ring and sent it at no additional cost. Additionally they instructed me to not return the other ring so no additional costs were involved. Great customer service.
