Love the design.. Bad mechanics

This lid was a warranty replacement for my second one which was a replacement for a doa original order. There is a clicking issue with the lid. The second lid was when it opened completely. The clicking was very loud. Now the clicking is when it closes completely. It lasts about 2 seconds but is not loud. Still it's annoying and is a manufacturing defect. The issue needs addressed by the company and fixed. Otherwise the lid and can overall is very attractive.

This was a replacement lid because the first one didn’t work. I was thrilled with customer service replacing it so promptly. It works as it should and I’m pleased with my purchase.

Replacement lid stopped working

I have now tried two lids for this trash can and both of them have stopped working within a few weeks.

This product was a waste of $75.00.
