Base

Plastic base tabs were too large for the older model. These were recommended by the sales department. I had to modify the tabs to fit.

Money Saver

The installation was simple, easy, and quick. It was also a money Saver that were were able to change the needed part than to replace the entire garbage bin. And the part lasts for a while. The item was ordered, shipped, and delivery swiftly. I love the quick response and the tracking of my order. Awesome customer service, awesome product!

Disappointed

This part didn't work. Been in communication with customer service, have receipt, didn't matter, was going to get charged another $25 to get another trash can sent. Threw it away, won't buy from this company again.

Fixed my issue

The can has been great. The only issue I've had is the plastic step gave out and had to be replaced and under normal circumstances it would've lasted without issue. We have a toddler that will put her foot on the step and then hold the lid down which I believe led to the premature failure.
