Love the look and and size of the trash can. However, cannot get the lid to open or close with sensor.
Cannot get the batteries to work more than 5 or 6 times (same day) and had to tape battery compartment to keep the batteries from falling out. Have not received a call or email back regarding this
I absolutely LOVE this new version of the iTouchless 13 gallon trash can. I have a previous stainless steel version that was great, but didn't have a timer. This version has timer that shows you when it will close and it's a game changer. I will order 2 more for my bathrooms.
