Our lid has broken twice

I’ve had the lid break twice and it’s extremely difficult to figure out how to file a warranty claim. I have had to do this twice now and it prompts you to go to you register the product then go to your account and select the “make a claim” which that option doesn’t exist. Product itself works great when it’s not broken which unfortunately for us has happened twice.

Dog Proof???

When I looked online for pet proof containers this came up . My Irish Wolfhound figured it out in one night. Works fine with the lock but feels like I overspent .

Love mine!!

I’ve been having mine for over 2 years now and it’s still works like a charm.

I have an older model but I’m thinking about upgrading to this one.

It’s worth the $.

Batteries are the only thing I’ve had to replace
