Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. When my deodorizer filters arrived from Amazon, I realized that I no longer had the case for them. Apparently it dropped into my trash can without my noticing. I searched Amazon for a replacement, but I wasn't sure I would choose the right one for my 8gallon can. I then contacted iTouchless via your site, and no one responded. The closest I came was the product I ordered from you - it was guesswork. Your product description was vague at best, no specifics as to fit. Well, it's too big for the can, so I have it attached to the lid with heavy-duty tape, but it's already dropped in twice. I've now doubled up on the tape, and I check on it every time I use the can. I'll have to retape when I replace the filter in 3 months. $15.00 down the drain, very disappointed.
