Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. When my deodorizer filters arrived from Amazon, I realized that I no longer had the case for them. Apparently it dropped into my trash can without my noticing. I searched Amazon for a replacement, but I wasn't sure I would choose the right one for my 8gallon can. I then contacted iTouchless via your site, and no one responded. The closest I came was the product I ordered from you - it was guesswork. Your product description was vague at best, no specifics as to fit. Well, it's too big for the can, so I have it attached to the lid with heavy-duty tape, but it's already dropped in twice. I've now doubled up on the tape, and I check on it every time I use the can. I'll have to retape when I replace the filter in 3 months. $15.00 down the drain, very disappointed.

RED

Ok, it's RED.. no we can see it in the can. the black one came off and went out the with trash. Now that we can see it, we might not toss it accidentally again.

Opps!

It has fallen off once. I believe my two previous ones fell off as well. At least we noticed it this time and it didn't go in the garbage can for pick up!
